Finding Your Fitness is a Personal & Small group Training Service that aims to help every person find a fitness & exercise routine that they enjoy and that helps them achieve all their goals.
Fitness and exercise should and can be made enjoyable for everyone. We just need to find what you enjoy and match this up to your goals, whether that be body composition goals such as weight loss, gaining muscle, toning etc. , or fitness related goals such as improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Based in Sydney I offer this service to your doorstep and bring the gym to you as well as services in Epping at my home gym.
Hello! My name is Maddy Studdert and I am a passionate personal trainer who is ready to help you achieve your fitness goals by finding a fitness and exercise routine that works for you.
Fitness has been a passion for me for as long as I can remember and has brought lots of joy into my life. HOWEVER I understand that for some fitness can be intimidating, hard work and unenjoyable. And that is where I can help you! I am a huge believer that fitness can be enjoyable for everyone, we just have to find the right kind of fitness for you.
The fitness industry and some trainers have made us believe that we need to be doing endless amounts of cardio, millions of sit-ups and hating exercise to see the results. But I am here to tell you none of that is true!
Fitness and exercise should and can be made enjoyable for everyone. We just need to find what you enjoy and match this up to your goals, whether that be body composition goals such as weight loss, gaining muscle, toning etc. or fitness related goals such as improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
My goal is to make exercise and fitness accessible to all, and that is why I provide my service in your desired location. I know all of us lead live busy lives and often making time for our health by exercising can be the first thing to get edited out of our daily routine. That is why I limit the obstacles of traveling to the gym, having time restraints and commitments, to help you prioritise your health and wellbeing in a time frame and environment that works for you. I will travel to your desired location and design and program a high quality workout with equipment that I will bring to the location. e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, sand bags, Olympic bars and strength equipment, mats, etc.
My experience in group training and my ability to use different equipment to achieve great results will allow you to train at your chosen location and achieve fabulous results that can happen in a time that works for you.

I also offer training out of my home gym located in my garage which has a wide range of equipment such as Rogue air bike, Concept 2 rower, boxing bag and plenty of space to train both indoor and outdoors.
My goal is to help you succeed in your fitness and health journey and achieve your goals. You may be struggling to find your fitness goals or purpose. I am here to use my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your full potential and be your best self.

When beginning your personal training journey with me firstly I like to work with you to identify what it is you that want to achieve through training and why your purpose matters to you.
Whether your purpose to exercise is to feel better about yourself or be fitter so you can play with your kids.
Once we have identified your purpose and ambitions for your journey, we will set a SMART goal. This stands for a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely goal. By using this technique we will be able to work towards a clear goal. I will be able to create a program to make sure that we will get there!
By me understanding your goals, likes, dislikes and previous experience/relationship with exercise, I will be able to use my knowledge of programming principles such at the FTIT Principles (Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type of training) and Training Principals (Progressive overload, specificity and individuality) to make a great program.
After goals have been set we will identify what we need to work on together to achieve your goal. Whilst benchmarking might sound intimidating I promise it is not at all, this session is all about starting your journey and allowing me to write the perfect program for us to work through in the future. By measuring our starting point we will also be able to see your progress over time.
Then your journey will begin where we will work through your individual training program and start hitting your goals!
