About Me

Where my passion for fitness began

Growing up I was lucky enough to try lots of sports and activities such as rowing, swimming, cross country, athletics, rugby 7's, touch football, soccer, field hockey and netball. I loved each sport and activity. I started to pursue Rowing competitively and made it to a National level. Throughout these sports and activities I could see that the one common thing I loved was the fitness required and the need to push my body to be the best it could be. Through exploring fitness and exercise in and outside of the gym environment I realised that fitness was my passion and that I wanted to help everyone enjoy it as much as I do. I love all types of fitness, but especially training towards a clear goal.

In recent years I set and achieved goals by participating in many different events such as; Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon, City to Surf, The Big Swim, Cole Classic, and many fun runs.

I would love to help you find a goal we can work towards – whether it be a fitness goal or challenging yourself with an event.

Currently my goal is to complete the Blackmores Half Marathon and to increase my upper body strength.

Studies and Experience

After leaving school I decided to follow my passion in fitness and health and study a Certificate III in Fitness through TAFE NSW. I loved this course and decided to go on to study and complete a Certificate IV in Fitness. I loved learning about all the different aspects of fitness and how there are so many ways to find what works for you.  Throughout this time I have gained industry experience through working at F45 Rhodes, a team training studio which encourages all fitness levels to train as a team and achieve their fitness goals. At F45 I teach classes which work on gaining cardiovascular fitness, working on weights and resistance work, and increasing strength and power work while making it functional and fun.

I absolutely love my job and the ability it gives me to help others, but I also love to work with clients personally so I can cater for each and everyone's needs.

Certifications:

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training)
  • Certified Fitness Australia (Ausactive) ;Personal Trainer, Gym      instructor and Group exercise instructor.
  • First Aid & CPR Training 

Starting Finding Your Fitness

This is when I decided to begin my personal training journey. So whilst it is early days for my business I promise you that my knowledge and industry experience will allow us to achieve all the goals and aspirations you have whilst making it fun along the way.

I can't wait to work with you to achieve your fitness and health goals.
