Starting up something new and different can pose lots of questions, Below are some FAQs & information to help answer some common questions  

Fitness and exercise can be really challenging but with my help I am confident we can find a fitness and exercise routine that you enjoy and helps you reach your goals.

A common reason that Clients I have worked with hate exercise is because in the past their workouts have NOT been designed for their likes, needs, goals and have made them feel bad about not being able to achieve a non existent goal. These unenjoyable exercise experiences can leave you feeling bad about yourself and like you have failed. My  mission is to help you find what aspects of fitness you do enjoy- maybe that's doing exercise to your favourite songs or making each exercise aligned with your goal. I will then make a specific program to suit your current level. We will map out milestones so that you can see your progress and so are not killing yourself trying to hit targets that set you up to fail.


Not a problem at all!  Additional weeks are included in each package as I understand work schedules, holidays and life is ever changing.

These additional weeks in your programs will allow sessions to be rescheduled and delivered within a timeframe that will not allow you to lose your progress.

I have a home gym which I offer sessions out of locations in Epping which we could train at or we can explore other options to make it work.


Yes! This is a perfect way to begin your fitness journey.  I will be there to teach you and guide you through each exercise at a pace that works for your. This is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have me to help you right from the start! 

We will begin with a personalised program which suits you and your level to make for an enjoyable start. 


No worries! I offer sessions from my home gym in Epping which has plenty of space to have a great workout. We can also look into areas around your location such as local parks, courts, fields where we may be able to complete our sessions.


I am offering a private personal training service  personalised to your goals. My service is to your doorstep, taking the excuse of time out of the equation. All you have to do is be ready to workout. I don't have 25 clients unlike most Personal trainers at your local gym working with 25+ clients and can take short cuts due to the high demand of clients and through not understanding the clients goals.

All of my programs commence with a goals and benchmarking session- FREE of charge so we can get to know each other and I can understand your goals, aspirations, likes, dislikes and current relationship with fitness and exercises. This is a service I offer so I can program something that you will enjoy doing and will reach your goals. This is a service that the majority of personal trainers neglect.


Personal training might seem like a luxury service and something that can't make it into your budget, but I think everyone should see it as an investment in your health and bettering yourself which is worth the money. I offer a premium Personal training service to your doorstep which is why I charge the rate I do, which is a highly competitive rate when compared to your local gyms who are offering generic personal training services. I charge the rate I do to cover the cost of my equipment, updated training, business expenses etc.


Any space can be transported into your own gym for our sessions. As long as there is enough space to lay out an exercise mat we can make it work. Spaces that are ideal for our sessions are:

Outdoor spaces:

  • Decks
  • Patios
  • Balconies
  • Grass areas

Indoor Spaces:

  • Any area where your can fit an exercise matt 


Absolutely! A reason I have made my service to your doorstep is to cater to needs of mums and dads as I understand with young kids finding time to exercise can be extremely challenging. Having kids around while completing the workout is perfect; they can join in the fun as well.
